If you’ve got a hard time quitting drinking, this article is for you. This isn’t AA but sit down and read on to find out about the alcohol cure without using Alcoholics Anonymous.
Did you ask God to help you get your life straight? Do you think being in a group such as AA will help you quit? Do you think AA will help you quit alcoholism?
What you absolutely need is a little belief. You don’t need to trust in a higher power, but for some that could be beneficial. You, most important of all, need to believe in yourself. You can do it! Humans, like you and I, have the amazing capacity to achieve anything we put our minds to You just need to put your mind to accomplishing this task.
I’m sure you know that alcohol is bad for your body. Your human body will treat it as poison too. Most of all, you’ll damage your liver. There aren’t any vitamins or minerals in 100% of alcoholic drinks. You don’t need it. Toss that flask in the trash bin right now and dump your vodka down the drain, that’s all you need! If you really need the alcohol, it might be too hard for you to quit straight up like that and you should see a doctor first.
Always envision success. Remember what you are striving to achieve. You want to lose some pounds or just get back your bodily hygiene and stop having your bad breath. Forget about the alcohol.
So, that is the fact. Not too hard, eh? Really, in the end, that’s all there is to it. Just do it. In the end when you succeed, you’ll only have yourself to thank for and you’ll be really glad you took this challenge on.

If you are like most wine enthusiasts – or even those who enjoy just a casual glass of wine with dinner – purchasing a wine refrigerator makes sense! Anyone who drinks wine knows that the best taste is achieved when the wine is chilled. But chilling and storing your fine wines and champagnes in your home refrigerator isn’t the answer because regular refrigerators simply will not control and temperature and humidity properly. Storing wine in a pantry or closet is not practical either because conditions can fluctuate causing deterioration in the quality of the wine and spoilage. Additionally, wine should be stored on its side so that the cork stays moist, and this type of storage can only be achieved with a specially made wine bottle refrigerator with individual compartments for each bottle.
In case you’re a novice with wines and are looking to buy your first refrigerator, let’s review the ideal wine storage temperatures. The ideal temperature for storing and cooling wines is 55 to 58 degrees Fahrenheit. The best serving temperatures vary somewhat based upon the specific wine: champagne and sparkling wines 53-57 degrees F; light red wines 54-57 degrees F; rich red wine and full-bodied vintages 59-68 degrees F; light red 54-57 degrees F. When you are considering which refrigerator to purchase, make sure to take into account these temperatures and what type of wine you prefer in order to be able to select the best refrigerator for your needs.
We must also consider humidity when selecting a wine fridge. For maintaining the best taste for wine, humidity levels of approximately 70% RH are optimal. When stored at this humidity level, the cork will stay moist and oxygen is unlikely to seep into the bottle which can result in spoilage. Wine refrigerators are able to maintain a consistent humidity level which will properly store your wine collection.
Last but not least, another factor you must consider when choosing your wine refrigerator is your budget. If your budget is limited, consider purchasing a small wine cooler (such as a compact 12-bottle fridge) which is the ideal way to get started if you have only a few bottles you want to store. There are many models to choose from which will provide you years of enjoyment. Of course, if your wine investment/hobby is more serious and your budget is less restrained, you can select a refrigerator that will easily store 200 or more bottles.
Purchasing a wine refrigerator to store all your wines of different types is a must for anyone who drinks or serves wine. A beginning hobbyist as well as more serious wine collector will see multiple benefits from optimal wine storage.

When choosing a BBQ meat chicken is one of the most popular across the world because of its availability, affordability, it is filling and a great protein. It also of course tastes great! It is versatile in how it can be cooked, whether in an oven or on a grill or smoker and anyone can do it. So out of the thousands of recipes for BBQ chicken how do you find one that won’t disappoint? There are certain ingredients to look for in a recipe that make it tasty so that at your next BBQ you and your friends can enjoy it.
For the regular BBQ chicken there are a lot of different recipes and many different ingredients but usually if you see the following then you are on to a good one. Cumin, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic, ketchup, sugar, cinnamon, even sometimes beer. For chicken that has an Asian flavored sauce you want a recipe that has items like soy or hoisin sauce, ginger and honey. Remember everyone has their own tastes and preferences which is why there are so many different variations out there. A great base recipe to start with is one from a show called Paula’s Home Cooking with Paula Deen where she makes a dish called Deens Brothers BBQ Chicken. It is one that anyone can follow and tastes great as is, or you can play with it.
Recipe: one whole chicken cut into 8 portions (chicken weight about three and a half pounds), orange juice – 2 tablespoons, Ketchup – 1 cup, liquid smoke – 1/4 teaspoon, dark brown sugar – 1/4 cup (packed), dry mustard powder – 1/2 teaspoon, cayenne pepper – 1/4 teaspoon, Worcestershire sauce – 1 teaspoon. Prepare the oven by preheating to 375F or the grill by using olive oil and brushing it with it. Place in a bowl all of the sauce ingredients (all of them apart from the chicken). Mix well so that they are all combined and then scoop out a third of a cup for basting. Take the chicken pieces and put them in the sauce and toss carefully until they are well coated. Cover the chicken pieces and put on the grill or place them in a roasting pan. Cook for a total of forty to forty five minutes (make sure they are cooked all the way through). After 20 minutes has passed of cooking time baste them with the remainder of the sauce you had set aside.
The great thing about this recipe is that as well as tasting good it is easy! Liquid smoke may pose a problem for some of us more inexperienced grilles, but it is just to give the chicken a smokey flavor without going through a long difficult procedure of smoking the meat. It doesn’t have to be used if you prefer not to.
Although chicken is not an expensive meat, especially when you buy one whole, some people prefer not to have to cut up a whole chicken themselves. Therefore thighs are a great alternative, as they are cost effective taste good and cook in less time. This means you and your guests get to eat them quicker! Or look for a mixture of chicken parts, there are legs, wings and breasts too.

Dishes made from cod fish are scrumptious, nutritious, and plain to prepare for dinner. A huge advantage is you can create a large variety, like microwave it or roast. You can garnish with vegetables or just present it alone. You will be excited to know you can add what you want to make a meal that is inimitable and luscious. With cod fish recipes nothing can go haywire.
Before deciding on which dish to prepare, think of what you require. Cooking for diet control? No frying as it is not good. For a tasty dish, conjure up a veggie / pulp assortments formula. A simple option is an all bones recipe without adding any topping or other component.
Preparation time plays a major role on deciding which dish to opt. When you want it quickly, there would be no time to marinate the fish with sauces. Before finalizing the suitable dish, look through the duration of preparing all cod fish dishes. Make up your mind if you want refrigerated or fresh pieces.
This recipe is just one of many you can make for all. It tastes like what you may have at a diner or inn being easy to make and low-priced; a simple recipe entailing tomatoes and cheese, and just bare bones.
To begin with, you need to know the constituents necessary: 1 1/2 pounds of frozen cod fillet, 1 teaspoon of butter, salt and pepper, four sliced tomatoes, Swiss cheese (as much as you’d want on the fish), and 1/2 cup of half and half.
First take away skin and bones of the cod fish. Using a kitchen wrap, dry the fish. Preheat the oven at 375 degrees. Melt the butter and coat the fish with pieces of tomato. Now, dust the cod fish with cheese desirably and add the cream. Take a dish and grease it with butter and the contents. Remove it after 25 minutes or if the fish starts to chip.
Replacing the ingredients is your choice. For instant, if you are averse to Swiss cheese, alternate with cheddar cheese. If tomatoes are not your favorite, add green peppers in its place.

Although Australian have been known to be large beer drinkers, we are also lovers of fine wine. There are approximately 10,000 different varieties of Australian wines, as well as alcoholic lemonade made from Australian lemon crops, and a beverage made from rhubarb. You can also purchase imported wines, beers or spirits, however when you are there it is highly recommended that you purchase an Australian brand. There are also many non alcoholic drinks for those that prefer to take the healthy route or are nominated as the designated driver.
White Wine: This was the first wine introduced to Australians in the 1960’s. Prior to white wine, Australian tended to fancy the sweeter tasting wines, such as a Moselle type of wine. Later they became fond of the drier styles like Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.
Red Wine: Australia’s benchmark red is Grange Hermitage, the creation of the late vintner Max Schubert in the 1950s.He preferred wines that required at least a decades cellaring. In contrast, Wolf Blass, a winemaker o the current style, championed the drink now approach with quickly maturing wines. Winemakers frequently blend wines from different districts and states. Lighter reds which may be served chilled have recently been introduced.
Beer: Australian beer is vat fermented real ale or lager, consumed chilled. At full strength is has an alcohol content of around 4.8 percent, while light beers have less then 3 percent. Some of the more popular lagers and stouts of today are James Boag and Cascade from Tasmania,Castlemain XXXX from Queensland, Fosters and Victoria Bitter (VB) from Victoria, Tooheys red and blue labels from New South Wales and Coopers Sparkling Ale (known locally as lunatic soup) from South Australia.
Spirits: Dark and white rums are produced from Queensland sugar cane plantations. Some the the more notable labels include Bundaberg and Beenleigh. Domestic brandies are produced from some of Australia’s finest grape vintage. Popular brandy labels include St. Agnes and Hardy’s.
The one thing to remember is that it is okay to enjoy yourself but you must not drive after drinking EVER! Please designate someone as the driver for the evening or hire a car service. It’s the only way to keep a happy and fun evening safe as well.
