The Meaning Of Wine

“Nothing can better soothe unhappiness than drinking wine.” Ancient Chinese people believe in this saying, modern Chinese too. But wine does not only mean a pain-killer. As a wine-lover, although I never let myself get drunk, I think wine means a lot to me.

For many people, we drink when we feel unhappy. When I am depressed, I would drink some wine. I know that drinking cannot help tackle problems, but at least after drinking I won’t dig into the problems too much and I can have a good rest after drinking and to regain energy for a new day. This gives me more power to settle troubles and to work harder.

Even if we don’t drink, we can still be very excited during these events, but I am quite sure that no one can doubt wine’s ability of boosting up the party to full swing!

For me, when I do not have the gut to do something I normally won’t do, I may drink a bit to make myself brave enough to act. I believe many people have experience like this.

Wine sometimes is Venus. One of my friend secretly fallen in love with a handsome man. She feels too shy to tell him her feeling. She was bit drunk one day when drinking with me and a few friends, and she called the guy to let him know everything. They are now a sweet couple!

Human relations in business organizations are being given great importance. To encourage this we find that social events and outings are being conducted by mega firms at which serving of alcohol drinks is practiced as a fashion. Although drinking habit has been in practice for many centuries, today, the calories in beer is not taken into account when consuming beer on a large scale at these social gatherings.
